A: We provide permanent magnet motors, explosion-proof motors, high, medium and low voltage motors, high efficiency motors and derived motors including variable frequency motors, brake motors and multi-speed motors.

Q: Can you send me a price list?

A: Yes, we can offer price on standard motors. If you have estimated quantity, please inquiry with your order in advance which helps us to make competitive price. However, if you require a customized electric motor, please let us know your needs in advance.

Q: What is the lead time for our regular order?

A: Orders with standard electric motors, lead time of 1 20ft container is about 30 days, 2-5 20ft containers is about 50 days, 6-10 containers is about 60 days, 10-30 containers is about 90 days.

Q: Is it possible for you to develop new motors if we can provide all extra costs?

A: Yes, after our evaluation we will offer the final costs, however, if your order quantity eventually reaches our target sales, all extra costs could be refunded accordingly.

Q: Can I get some samples?

A: Yes, however we will charge on samples, packings and freights.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

A: We accept T/T mostly and also, we take L/C at sight. Deposit percentage needs to be respectively discussed. You are very welcome to advise us more methods.

Q: How long is your warranty?

A: We offer 2 years warranty and lifetime service.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery.

A: Yes, we do test 100% of our electric motors before shipment.

Q: How long does it take to get a quotation?

A: Regularly it takes within 24 hours, for customized products with new moulds, it depends on difficulty.
